IAG's Warranty Policy?

Purchasers recognize and understand the automotive and SUV parts and equipment sold by Innovative Automotive Group. LLC (“IAG”) are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used.

As further consideration, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all parts and equipment are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on IAG’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods.

IAG guarantees to the original purchaser of our steel products a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. IAG also guarantees the black, powder coat finish to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. All chrome plated accessories manufactured by IAG are guaranteed to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in plating.

These warranties do not include shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazards, or impairments from accidents, product modifications or neglect. SPECIFIC TO CHROME PLATING, THE WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE CORROSION DUE TO, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ROCK CHIPS, KEY SCRATCHES, DAMAGE FROM JEWELRY: RINGS, ACRYLIC NAIL STONES, ETC. IT IS UP TO THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE TO ENSURE THEIR ACCESSORIES ARE PROTECTED AGAINST SUCH ELEMENTS. IAG’S WARRANTY POLICY RELATED TO PRODUCT AND EQUIPMENT FINISH WORK IS SIMILAR TO MOST VEHICLE MANUFACTURES REFUSAL TO COVER RELATED PRODUCTS RESULTING FROM SIMILAR INCIDENTS.

Installations must be performed according to the IAG provided instructions. Failure to follow IAG provided instructions will VOID any and all product warranties.

If, and in the event that purchasers expressly or impliedly cause representations, or statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless IAG in the event of any claim, demand, or legal action against IAG by purchaser. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or sales representative of IAG has the authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary, IAG disavows any statements to the contrary.

WARRANTY PROCEDURES

IAG’S warranty policies apply only to new products purchased from authorized dealers, and are limited to the repair or replacement by IAG in its sole discretion. These warranties do not cover shipping costs, removal, installation, labor, inconvenience and/or other related consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective material, along with a valid purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase.
